Now we all know that LaCie is one of the biggest players for external storage solutions, and recently, the company has disclosed their latest 2Big USB 3.0 Dual-drive RAID, which was jointly developed together with Symwave. Of course, this particular RAID drive features a whopping 4TB of storage, and it can even transfer data at the speeds in excess of 275MB/s simply by utilizing the dual SATA and RAID bridge controller.

Of course, LaCie did not officially announce the launch data for the 2Big drive, but they did mention that it will be available sometime in early 2010.
